Ms. Amy S. Villarreal

Amy Villarreal is the vice president and general manager of KEYE-TV, the CBS and Telemundo affiliates in Austin, Texas, where she has served for the past 13 years. Prior to KEYE-TV, she was the vice president and general manager of KVEO in the Rio Grande Valley. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she is a founding member of the Director’s Circle at the Briscoe Center and currently serves on the UT Austin Development Board and the boards of Rodeo Austin, Advisory Council for Partnerships with Children and the Headliners Foundation of Texas. Her past board experience includes nine years on the Texas Association of Broadcasters Board, Texas Broadcast Education Foundation, Caritas of Austin, and executive board member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Villarreal’s youngest son recently graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.
