Ms. Barbara Woodman

Barbara Woodman was employed as the office manager of Briscoe Ranch, Inc. and personal assistant to former Governor Dolph Briscoe for 27 years. An award-winning quilter, Ms. Woodman is a founding member of the Director’s Circle at the Briscoe Center and currently sits on the board of directors of the Janey Briscoe Marmion Foundation and the Hill Country Quilt Guild. She is a former member of the board of the Kerrville Arts and Cultural Center.

Ms. Woodman has two children, Daniel Woodman of Kerrville, Texas, and Rachel Woodman Rhoads of Los Angeles, California.
