Austin, Texas – Please join the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History for a book signing in honor of Conversations with Cronkite by Walter Cronkite and Don Carleton.

Conversations with Cronkite gives readers a rare glimpse into the life and times of Walter Cronkite in his own words. The book contains selections from interviews between the legendary journalist and Cronkite’s friend, Dr. Don Carleton.
Books will be available for purchase at the event. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted, and Dr. Carleton will be on hand to sign books. A cash bar and light appetizers will be provided for your refreshment.

Free parking is available after 6 pm in the state parking garages located next to, behind, and across from Scholz Garten. Street parking is also available.
Conversations with Cronkite is published by the Briscoe Center and distributed by the University of Texas Press. Proceeds from the sale of this book benefit the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History.
